Our Story

Found Recruitment Group, known as Rational Resourcing Partners in a past life, was initially founded in 2013 with the simple goal of delivering effective, transparent and personal talent solutions to clients we care about. We wanted, above all, to break the agency mould and put the ‘human’ aspect first. Starting out with the rather unique focus of Scandinavia and UK (still both huge parts of our business), we now operate on a truly international basis with a proven track record delivering across EMEA, North America, LATAM and APAC. You’ll even see our first overseas office soon, watch this space! Today we have clients ranging from 20 employees to over 100,000 and ranging from niche mobile apps to full corporate platforms. Our background covers delivering talent for both Permanent and Contract roles (and we have a platform to facilitate the latter seamlessly). Technology is central to everything we do – whether it’s finding technical experts for a project, helping a client with their product development, or even delivering advice and executives for strategic progress. We take a hugely in-depth approach and aim to understand the technologies we work with, being able to have real conversations rather than just throwing technical buzzwords around. Everyone says it, but we genuinely are different to the typical agency. We do not target volume, we do not spend our days calling people at inconvenient moments, and we do not consider anyone as a number. Everything we do is tailored, from knowing our candidates as individuals to understanding our clients’ culture and personalities, embracing the latest technology to engage in the right way for you.
