On a bit of a serious note this year has been overrun with a huge lack of human understanding and empathy everywhere I've turned. I honestly have seen this year bring out the absolute worst in some humans and the internet has emboldened many to be borderline abusive to people online. I've found the last few months that a mentality of binary thinking has taken over without room for varied experiences and for people to speak their own truth. So I truly hope people this year try to understand humans on a human level, before we completely loose any ability to find in-person connection in favour of quick virtual dopamine thrills or virtue signalling. So heres my resolution "talk less, do more" I wonder if that applies to anyone else?
