LEEN has entered into a partnership agreement with UNICEF Sudan to implement the project, which aims to develop the behavioural capacities of 2,000 children and youth in "life skills, social innovation, and social entrepreneurship" in the West Kordofan and East Darfur states. To enhance the capacities of adolescents and young people through the provision of training in life skills, social innovation, and social entrepreneurship (UPSHIFT) that will enable them to be empowered, employable, resilient and agents of change in their communities.

in June 2023, LEEN implemented the fourth phase of the start and improve your business (SIYB) and financial education - project, by training 180 trainees in, Kharasana/Keilak in West Kordofan state, targeting the host community and refugees, the project was supported by the International Labour Organization
