*24 March is World* Tuberculosis Day
Each year we commemorate World TB Day to raise public awareness about the devastating health, social and economic consequences of tuberculosis (TB) and to step up efforts to end the global TB epidemic.

The date marks the day in 1882 when Dr. Robert Koch announced that he had discovered the bacterium that causes TB, which opened the way towards diagnosing and curing this disease.

So we as SCOPHeroes We must do our guiding and awareness duty towards these types of diseases. We did this through a session on telegram on World TB Day.

A drop of you saves others

This was the slogan of this special day, and for the first time a blood donation campaign was held at Al-Nahda College under the organization of SCOPH. Note of the importance of blood donation and its impact on the individual and society, this was done in cooperation with the National Department of Blood Transfusion Services and the Central Blood Bank "ASTAC".

On August 15, 2012, the program was opened by the coordinator of the human medicine program, Dr. Ibrahim Blah Al-Hassan, accompanied by the Secretary of Student Affairs and his assistants.

In addition, an exhibition with the same logo was held with the participation of a number of young people who built their own projects.🔥

وهذا كان شعار هذا اليوم المميز ، ولأول مرة أقيمت حملة تبرع بالدم في كلية النهضة تحت تنظيم مكتب الصحة العامة - SCOPH و علماً بأهمية التبرع بالدم وأثره العائد على الفرد والمجتمع تم ذلك بالتعاون مع الادارة القومية لخدمات نقل الدم وبنك الدم المركزي "استاك"
وذلك في يوم ١٥ اغسطس ٢٠٢٢ حيث افتتح البرنامج منسق برنامج الطب البشري دكتور / ابراهيم بله الحسن برفقة أمين شؤون الطلاب ومساعديه .
اضافةً لذلك اقيم معرض يحمل نفس الشعار وذلك بمشاركة عدد من الشباب الذي قاموا ببناء مشاريعهم الخاصة .
