The Ministry responsible for Environment is urgently calling on volunteers with fire prevention and firefighting training to assist as a fire continues to spread rapidly on Praslin.
Happy Earth Day! Our Power, Our Planet 🌍. Wetlands are truly some of our most essential ecosystems. They filter our water, protect our coastlines, store carbon, and provide a home for unique biodiversity. But they need our attention now more than ever. Through our "Wetlands of Hope" project we are working with partners to conserve and enhance the management of Wetlands on Mahe so that they continue to benefit both people and wildlife in Seychelles.
Because when wetlands thrive, so do we.
Nature Seychelles "Wetlands of Hope" project, which seeks to improve wetland management in Seychelles through collaboration is funded by the EU EU in Mauritius European Union in Seychelles and is implemented with Ministry of Environment, Climate, Energy, and Natural Resources
