I am so excited to share and launch a project that me and my friend have been brewing for some time …

Motherhood Sessions - a place where mothers can connect , share and at the same time heal. A sacred place for us to be able to share the joys of motherhood but also the difficulties .

This project was a fruit of my friendship with where we connected as mothers and starting having these really raw , vulnerable conversations together and it felt so good to be able to have this connection where we did not feel judged by the emotions and thoughts that we sometimes felt regarding our role as mothers . The more mothers we spoke to the more we realized that ultimately every mother goes through the same and often feels alone , with her nervous system completely depleted.

So here we are creating this space for you 😍

We begin the sessions with meditation and breathwork to soothe the nervous system, followed by space to share and be heard, each week having a different focus (loss/change identity, guilt, the perfect mother myth, etc.).

We begin Wednesday, Oct 19 (6 sessions total)
9 am EST / 3 pm CET / 8 pm ICT
Investment: € 60

It’s encouraged that you attend all sessions, but the replays will be provided. Sessions are held over Zoom. Come as you are, with babies/kids in tow, or carve out the time for yourself. We’d love to have you join!

Hi Everyone,

Excuse my social media silence , but I have been working on moving my business fully virtual !!

My family is going on a new adventure overseas so there has been a lot of exciting things going on , moving all my services online , packing up my life here ( with a toddler which is unpacking it as I pack it 📦😅) + being very busy with you as my clients giving me the last opportunity to consult you in person !

Rest assured that I have been working with a lot of clients overseas and my classes are as informative and nurturing as in person with the benefit that you can talk to me from anywhere , whether you want to lie in bed because your legs are swollen or have not slept the night with your newborn I’m just a video call away ! 🥰

Did you know that there has been research that if you ask a 90 year old woman with Alzheimehrs about her births she will have touching stories to tell about it. However with her condition she may not remember what she had for breakfast or what she did yesterday. The birth memory will be as fresh as it happened yesterday. She will recount emotions of high , excitement and love when she fondly re tells her daughter’s birth and stories of regret and sadness when she talks about her boy’s birth that ended soon after she gave birth.

It has been scientifically provender that we ALL remember our birth experiences, and feel the full force of an open floodgate of the emotions that we associate with the experience.

This is why the World Health Organizsation now clearly states that is it not only about having a healthy mother and baby but how the birth went for the mother and baby is as important too !
