3. The EPA Project’s approach to enhanced trade facilitation involves achieving impact in the following key result areas:
i) Improved capacity of key Government institutions in managing and implementing the EPA, including via better trade policy formulation and trade negotiations;
ii) Improved capacity of the private operators in exploiting value chains and high value addition using environmentally friendly production techniques; and
iii) Improved environment for the private sector development.
