t we are on the right track of achieving our long-term goals. A lot has been
accomplished, among which is tripling the revenues of the company, doubling the size of our organization,
attracting incredible talents, as well as establishing a very solid relationship with our Partners and Customers. More importantly, we seem to be well on track on our Five Years Strategic Plan. Our core values are Customer Centricity, Leadership, Integrity, and Creativity. The CORE of MTI is CARE
towards Patients, Caregivers, the community at large, and most importantly, care towards the employees. I can safely say that two things helped us get where we are today. The first is our people who are doing an
outstanding job and the second is our focus to continue in establishing the best working culture in the
