d Universities of Applied Sciences. Since 2010 CINOP operates the Dairy and Food Polytechnic for the training of Saudi nationals for the Al Marai company. The College is located in Al Kharj and enrols currently a total of 500 students in three main programs of Dairy production, Food processing and Maintenance and repair. The new CINOP Colleges of Excellence are located in Al Ahsa and Al Majma’ah, both female colleges. CINOP will run a variety of the programs, recruit and employ staff and maintain the newly built college facilities in close cooperation with its Saudi partner Al Manahij. The Excellence colleges will ultimately cater for 6000 to 7000 students. After a foundation year students can opt for programs like:

Business and administration
Mechanical engineering
Electrical engineering
IT (hardware and design)
Horticulture
Beauty and fashion
Health Studies
Transport and logistics

CINOP Colleges will ensure close linkages with the local community and industry, e.g. through the CINOP Career Centre and through setting up an incubator facility. CINOP Colleges is working in close partnership with internationally operating Dutch TVET colleges, Universities of Applied Sciences and other educational centers of excellence for the implementation and running of the college programs and for design and delivery of tailor made demand driven short courses for industry.
