✍ We are truly proud to be part of a landmark façade glazing scope at Curve Tower, located on King Fahd Road in Riyadh, in collaboration with our valued customer Gulf Vision Company.

This project involves approximately 4,000 SQM of high-performance 24mm & 28mm Insulated Glass Units (IGU), engineered with an outer pane of 6mm SN 40 from Guardian Glass Middle East & Africa carefully selected to achieve the right balance between solar control, daylight transmission, and energy efficiency ♻️

This project highlights the ongoing confidence in our ability to deliver glazing systems that satisfy advanced façade performance requirements ✨

🎯 Project Award Announcement | The Makanah Tower – Riyadh

We are proud to announce that we have been awarded the supply of approximately 10,000 SQM of 28mm Structural Glazing IGU units for the façade works of The Makanah Tower in Riyadh, in collaboration with NAFCO.

This project represents a new landmark in modern residential development on King Fahd Road – Al Nakheel District, and we are we are honored to contribute to this development by providing high-performance glazing solutions that balance architectural elegance, energy efficiency, and sustainability 💎

🔹 IGU Thickness: 28mm Structural Glazing Units
🔹 Outer Panel: 6mm Guardian DS Grey
🔹 Spacer: 16mm Warm Edge Spacer (enhanced thermal performance)
🔹 Achieved U-Value: 1.2 W/m²·K
