Job Title: NOC Technician

Breif Job Description:
-HD “Helpdesk” & FO “Front Office” work ( Handle Corrective Maintenance & Preventive Maintenance activities including external alarm monitoring for Telecom sites.
-Create TT’s related to faults
-Send escalations via phone call, sms, email, whatsapp
-Follow up with Sub-Contractors, Customer, Company Regional Field Teams.
-Close TT’s within SLA
-Prepare Shift Reports

Qualification:
-Minimum Diploma Graduate.
-Good communication Skills
-Good in Microsoft Application (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc.)
-Fresh Graduate are welcome

JOB DESCRIPTION

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
 Bachelor in Management Information System (MIS) is an advantage
 Any Bachelor Degree

OTHER QUALIFICATION:
Gender: FEMALE only
Age: Between 25 – 30 year Old
Nationality: Open to All
Language: Bi-lingual (ARABIC & ENGLISH)

MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS:
 Excellent communication skills both in English & Arabic (Verbal & Written)
 Excellent Reporting Skills
 Excellent Analytical skills
 Excellent in Microsoft Office application (MS Office Certificate is an advantage)

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
 Minimum of 2 year experience as a personal assistant
 Good experience in Project Coordination and Documentation
 Outstanding experience in progress reporting, reports analysis, statistical reporting, and administrative reporting.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Preparing the Department weekly progress report by Collecting and consolidating it from the Project Managers.
 Summarize, Analyze and finalize the department monthly progress report for all projects.
 Managing the daily activities of the Head of Department, by organizing the appointments, meetings, approvals, records and daily reports.
 Support the department head on daily expenses report and payment requests.
 Encoding, and preparing report, and presentations.
 Coordinate with other departments to collect data to submit the approved report in a monthly basis to the HR Department on the matter of Tools, Machines and other related resources.
 To Update the Department’s database, and reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
 To support the department head with any other tasks or activities, as well as assignments
