١. قم بتصنيف شكل المشروع الذي تود العمل عليه. ما هو نوع وشكل المطعم؟ هل يقدم المأكولات الشعبية، أو مأكولات آسيوية، أو معجنات و فطائر؟ هل هو مقهى بطراز محلي أم عالمي؟ كل هذه التصنيفات ستحدد ما هي الأدوات المناسبة لمشروعك.
٢. قم بتحديد حجم العمل و ميزانية المشروع حتى تتمكن من معرفة ميزانية الأدوات و من أي المحلات ستشتريها.
