Yes, communication is one of the most essential parts of success. But public speaking is at an entirely different level. The larger the audience gets, the smaller we feel.

Many people, especially women, don’t even dare to stand in front of an audience and deliver a speech. It’s either they are afraid of making a mistake in front of a large audience, or they’re scared of what other people may think of their speech. Either way, public speaking is not for everyone.
