Following the current geopolitical situation, we understand that some pilgrims have chosen to cancel their Hajj reservation.

However, we would like to inform you that any cancelled file cannot be re-submitted afterwards.
Once a registration is cancelled, it is definitively closed in the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah system, and unfortunately it will not be possible for us to reinstate or re-register the same pilgrim.
This decision is entirely dependent on the Ministry regulations, and not within our control.

We therefore kindly advise all pilgrims to carefully consider their decision before requesting a cancellation.

Guest Quota – European Pilgrims

All Guest Quota (Diyāfa/Mujāmala) pilgrims from Europe have now been officially confirmed by the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah.

📌 No additional places will be available for Europe.

Important – Hajj 1447H / 2026 Payment Instructions

To ensure your registration is accepted by the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah, all payments must be made in the currency of your country of residence:

🇺🇸 USA → USD
🇨🇦 Canada → CAD
🇪🇺 Europe → EUR
🇬🇧 United Kingdom → GBP
🇦🇺 Australia → AUD

📌 Important Notice:
If a payment is sent in a currency different from your country of residence, the MT103 will be rejected by the Ministry, and the bank transfer will be returned to the pilgrim by the bank.

Please follow these instructions carefully to avoid any delays or payment rejections.
