Burera District Scout as well as other Scout where ever the world is a non Governmental ( Volunteering) Organization which ensure Education of Young people in order to be Developed Physically,Mindically, Spiritual And Emotional. The Burera District Scout is represented by District Commissioner as Legal representative and other Commissioner of different programs and youth representative but the High Power organ in the District is District Assembly
