The Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) Rwanda, seeks the services of a legal consultant to support the Congo Nile Divide (CND) Project to conduct a legal and policy review as part of a pre-feasibility assessment of a Jurisdictional REDD+ program in Rwanda.

Proposals should demonstrate:
▶️ experience providing the services requested in the RFP
▶️ proficiency with projects of comparable size and complexity.
▶️ expertise of key staff in relevant professional disciplines.
