There are moments when uncertainty and fear feel overwhelming, and the questions inside seem ready to unravel everything. Hopelessness knocks on the door, threatening to eclipse all hope for tomorrow. In those times, I've sometimes found refuge in stillness—letting the quiet become louder than the chaos.

🙏🏾 In my younger years, this stillness came through prayer. Later, as my faith evolved, I found peace in journaling, breathing exercises, and therapy. Through these intentional pauses, I emerge with a sense of clarity—even when the path ahead is still shrouded in the unknown.
