Lesson 3: The time will pass anyway.

Earlier this year, i learnt about the SUNK COST FALLACY.
It is the phenomenon that we are more inclined to continue an endeavor or stay in a situation if we have already invested in it, whether it be money, time, or effort.

Alternately, as we grow older, we tend to shy away from trying new things, especially things that take time to master, for example, starting school, switching career paths, moving to a new city, etc., we shy away because of how much time we have to invest in adjusting well in comparison to our age.

We perceive time in a dangerous way. We see time as a rigid taskmaster that duels out tasks and expects them to be done no matter what.
This is harmful because it limits us to our current situation and does not allow us to grow and live our lives to the fullest.

The truth is that the time will pass anyway.
If you are feeling unfulfilled about your career, you can always switch career paths.
You can always go back to school. You can always learn new skills, you can always leave a relationship that is not serving you, you are in control of your life journey.

YOU HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE THE COURSE OF YOUR LIFE.
Do not let time limit or intimidate you. Time has passed, time will keep passing, but YOU are in control of YOUR life.
