Gradually bacteriophages are becoming internationally recognised remedy to the antibiotic resistance problem: "earlier this year, phage therapy was highlighted as one of seven approaches to “achieving a coordinated and nimble approach to addressing antibacterial resistance threats” in a 2014 status report from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID)."

Campylobacter contamination of chicken in Europe is about 60%, in Russia (unofficially) - around 100%. Bacteriophages. In Russia the campylobacter problem is still underestimated. As with Salmonella the most important is to cook chicken properly and to avoid cross contamination.

Don't put vegetables and other food nearby to avoid cross contamination. Actually we have Salmonella phages and can easily decontaminate chicken, so now we are looking for the industrial partner interested in such a product.
