WE are happy to present you our work for the International Property Awards in London for Victory Park Residence Project for our Partners and friends ANT Development company. 2 books devoted to the project were designed and presented in one luxury box. The blue colour of the main book reflects the elegance and luxury simplicity of the brand. The pink colour of the second book was dictated by the sales office interior design. Designed by IND Architects, the building is a glazed volume whose perimeter façade is lined with transparent backlit lamellas, which serve both decorative and practical functions: they define the plasticity of the façade while protecting the interior from direct sunlight and, as a result, overheating. This case shows us how the sales office looks like an independent art space. Creative idea for the book design, book design layout, colour code , positioning texts, visual language and photostyle, product design and print management were developed by creative team.
