Sanctions only made Russia look inward for the solution. Aggression only made Russia invent nuclear capable missiles that are two generations ahead of anyone else. Anti-Russian hysteria in the west only made Russia outflank diplomatically the US in foreign policy and win the hearts and minds of most non-Anglo countries, including much of booming Asia and most resource rich war targets of the US.

Remember when Russian gas to Europe could be turned off by Ukraine? Today Russia has about 15 pipelines into Europe. That means that Russia is the undisputed supplier of energy to Europe. And that means when China's OBOR comes to Europe, Russia will be positioned to grow further, along with Europe of course.

There is only one country that stands to lose and that country is the one leading the war economy. Yes ladies and gentlemen, the war economy will no longer flourish when the world's economy is driven by large scale infrastructure development. The two are not alike in any way and cannot co-exist together. Europe has a choice to make and the choice only gets easier every day.
