Mental health is more important than ever for our youth, and we're excited to share this new resource! Created as part of the "Once Upon a Mind" project, this booklet offers 12 essential topics to support mental well-being. From self-reflection and mindfulness to arts & crafts and play, it's packed with activities and techniques to empower youth workers and young people alike.

Let's work together to foster emotional resilience, self-awareness, and a positive mindset in the next generation.
