🥋 International Aikido Seminar 2026 – Day 2

Another inspiring day of training with Viorel Lungu Sensei (5th Dan).

Today we explored how different techniques are connected and how the same principles can be applied to a variety of attacks. A special focus was placed on taisabaki – the art of body movement and positioning, which allows techniques to flow naturally and efficiently.

Every training session reminds us that Aikido is not about memorizing techniques, but about understanding the principles behind them.

Thank you to everyone for your dedication, energy, and the great atmosphere on the tatami. We are looking forward to the final day of the seminar!
