This time it isn’t my lamps that are in the spotlight but this gorgeous red Jean Prouvé lamp from Vitra’s collection.

I was inspired by its sleek designing bringing an extra pop of color to my desk. My desk is now a centrepiece in my atelier just as it should be as it is the birth place of all great ideas.

I spend much of my time making lamps and sharing the process behind them.

This time, I wanted to step outside the studio and look at the quieter side of the work — what it actually means to build a life around making things.
