2025 it came with two intense university exam sessions 😅 the kind that push you mentally, physically, emotionally.
They reminded me (again) that there are no shortcuts.
Only consistency.
Only discipline.
Only showing up, even when it’s uncomfortable.
This year I learned new things about my limits, my patience, and my capacity to grow.
I launched Fit in 30, something deeply aligned with who I am and what I believe in 🙏🏻
And seeing women show up for themselves through it has been incredibly fulfilling 😍
I’m deeply grateful.
For the women who trust me.
For my people.
For my friends, my family, and everyone who stood by me especially during the hard moments.
2025 shaped me.
And I’m stepping into the next year stronger, calmer, and more grounded.
Thank you, 2025.
