We are hiring Hardware Development Engineer:

Profile:
-University or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electro-Mechanics, or a related engineering field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware development or a similar engineering role;
- Strong willingness to continuously learn, grow, and deepen expertise within the Hardware & Electronics domain;
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with strong analytical thinking skills;
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with solid problem‑solving capabilities;
- Fluency in English and/or German;
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Design and development of hardware solutions for automotive applications (e.g., steering wheel switches and related systems);
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into clear and comprehensive hardware specifications;
- Create and review electronic schematics and related documentation;
- Contribute to defining, optimizing, and implementing hardware development processes and PCB layout workflows;
- Collaborate effectively with international, cross-functional development teams;
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and internal development procedures.
