We think many of you would agree! Ralphy also experiments blending some of our various age statements together and how to discern the true character notes of a distillery. Very interesting to watch.

Whisky is so versatile! You can add it to cocktails, infuse cupcakes with it and much more. What weird and wonderful ways have you heard of whisky being used? We particularly like this one of ours - A Red Red Rose using our Robert Burns Single Malt, lime and cranberry juice!
