Zyzz, whose real name was Aziz Sergeyevich Shavershian, was an Australian bodybuilder, model, and internet personality who became a prominent figure in the fitness community in the early 2010s. Born on March 24, 1989, in Moscow, Russia, Zyzz moved to Australia with his family and gained fame through his online presence on platforms like YouTube, where he shared videos of his fitness journey, promoting an aesthetic lifestyle.

Zyzz was known for his charismatic personality, shredded physique, and catchphrases like “You mirin’?” (short for “Are you admiring?”). His philosophy of life, often referred to as the “Zyzz mentality,” emphasized self-improvement, confidence, and enjoying life to the fullest. He became a symbol of the aesthetic bodybuilding movement, inspiring countless young people to pursue fitness and build their ideal physiques.

Tragically, Zyzz passed away on August 5, 2011, at the age of 22 from a heart attack while on vacation in Thailand. His death was linked to an undiagnosed congenital heart condition, but it also brought attention to his use of performance-enhancing drugs, which may have contributed to his heart issues.

San Longino, también conocido como San Longinos o Longinus, es una figura venerada en la tradición cristiana, especialmente en la Iglesia Católica. Según la tradición, Longino fue el centurión romano que, durante la crucifixión de Jesús, perforó el costado de Cristo con una lanza para asegurarse de que estaba mu**to.
