Our crew database consists of approximately 10,000 certified, highly-qualified Romanian seafarers of all ranks who have worked with multilingual crews onboard all major types of vessels, including passenger ships, general cargo vessels, bulk carriers, container ships, oil-chemical tankers, gas carriers and roll-on roll-off vessels. Our seagoing personnel include masters, first, second and third, o
fficers, chief engineers, assistant engineers, reefer engineers and technicians, electrical officers, ratings and catering staff who are trained, licensed and certified. Before a seafarer joins a vessel we ensure that the seafarer has all the necessary documents including visas, certificates and licences. All crew members are briefed with regard to travel arrangements, the port agent and the ship's details, the company's drug and alcohol policy and emergency procedures. They are also provided with all other essential information concerning their future employment. Our company provides full or part crews on a contract basis so that owners can provide cover for short or long-term requirements. When crew disembark from the vessel they are de-briefed on the following: discussion of the completed contract, confidential report details and crew members' opinion on all aspects of the job.
