The Corporate Design has reimagined our packages, and now it’s time to enhance the ER-ID interfaces. Tomorrow marks our second design day, with implementation set for next week.

This was an amazing first week. We’ll ship 37 E-IDs to Germany, Italy and or sure my dear fellows of Romania after the first full week of operating. The last unsolved in the ER-ID Shop was the delivery. And UPS gave us a hell of a contract.

Starting a business is full of traps. Challenge accepted! 👍

The current packaging process takes about two minutes per piece, totaling 2,000 minutes for 1,000 units—almost three days! The first orders will delivered with those packages... 🚚

Next year, I'll switch to pre-folded packages. This will cut the steps down to just sealing and sticking, reducing time to around 30 seconds per piece—just eight hours for all! 🚀

What an exciting adventure for ER-ID lately! 🎉

We've snagged awards even before Demo Day at the 'Stoff im Kopf' Accelerator. A huge shoutout to for helping us validate our concept with top global sports brands and confirming our medical angle.

Plus, we're launching a consumer variant on January 15th! Despite some hurdles, we've hit major milestones.
