Ikon Soft, Cluj-Napoca founded in 2002, is a full cycle software development company. Most of the clients are international, mainly from the USA and EU.
We are looking for experienced .NET Developers, middle and senior levels.

Our ideal candidate should match closely the following skills set:
- Bachelor degree in related field;
- Experience in developing solutions using a combination of .NET technologies, SQL Server minimum 2005/2008 and Web Services;
- Knowledge of multiple Microsoft development related languages, frameworks and technologies (C #, ASP.NET, WPF, WCF, MVC, LINQ, T-SQL, ORM frameworks - Entity Framework would be a plus);
- Expertise in using Microsoft Visual Studio 2012/2013;
- Object oriented analysis and design skills (OOA/OOD);
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken);
- Minimum 3 years experience for Middle and 5 years experience for Senior.

Responsibilities:
- Interpret business requirements , design and code software solutions in response to product specifications.
- Write clean, testable code using .NET programming languages;
- Familiarity with agile environments, unit testing and coding standards;
- Ensure the robustness of software deliverables in terms of scalability, reliability and sustainability;
- Implement presentation logic and user interface to pixel-perfect design requirements on all supported browsers;
- Ability to follow and implement architectural designs for new features;
- Investigate, analyze and resolve reported defects through code enhancements with unit tests;
- Provide assistance and guidance to other team members.

BUSINESS ANALYST

We are looking for talented people to interface with our customers to provide support for our healthcare software solutions.
Thrive in a rapidly-growing startup environment and become a customer advocate.
This is not a developer position, however if you are an experienced business analyst, QA tester or worked directly with customers to develop and deploy products, we want to hear from you.
• 4 working days per week (Monday to Thursday or Tuesday or Friday)
• Daily work hours are from 4 PM Romanian Time Zone
• 2+ years of current experience in technical consulting, business analyst, support or QA
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development life cycle
• Writing specifications and perform requirements analysis
• Create and prioritize development tasks
• Ability to stop, listen and collaborate with technical and non-technical customers from IT administrators to director level stakeholders
• Fast learner
• Very personable with fantastic communication skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
