DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 Translate business requirements into detailed system requirements
 Manage analysis and resolution of system change requests and production issues
 Assist the business stakeholders in prioritization and phasing of requirements
 Act as a liaison between business and regional IT teams or vendors
 Manage the testing process of deliverable to ensure that they meet the functional and
non-functional specifications
QUALIFICATIONS & WORKING EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Electrical & Computer Engineering /
Informatics
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in IT business analysis
• Familiarity with integration / functional / UI Automation testing is a plus
• Familiarity with solution delivery release management concepts
• Familiarity with both waterfall and agile methodologies
• Previous experience working with Jira
• Project Management support, coordination, and reporting
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills (both verbal and
written)
• Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal)
