We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to add value to our growth activities.
Main responsibilities:
• Implement, manages and promote in the online environment of monthly marketing campaigns: on the company's website, E-mag Marketplace platform and realization of social media promotion strategies (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Identifies, establishes relationships and manages collaborations with online service providers.
• Makes / corrects Online Web content.
• Organizes and participates in its own events, specific to the company (trainings, congresses, etc.).
• Performs market research operations.
• Participates in the realization of the method of promotion and development of the monthly and quarterly marketing campaigns
• Follow up campaigns, develops campaigns for retail pharmacies, other customers and end-users
• Periodically prepares sales / marketing analyzes or marketing reports.
• Closely follows up market trends and prepare marketing tools in strict collaboration with the commercial and sales team, to reach and exceed performance targets
• Support to all involved departments on the marketing aspects
Requirements:
- Skills in organization, record keeping;
- Very good communication skills
- Analytical thinking
- Skills in decision making and problem solving
- Capacity for self-organization, punctuality
- Skills to work independently
- Computer operating knowledge (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- English above average
