During the conference at the European Parliament, Rights for Nature: Empowering Citizens to Represent and Protect Ecosystems, we asked why the rights of nature should be respected.

The conference was the result of the joint efforts of representatives from 14 countries participating in the European Citizens' Initiative. This autumn, we will begin collecting one million signatures in support of the Rights of Nature movement.

Pentru toți cei ce iubesc natura în Europa, 2 iulie 2026 este o dată importantă.
La Bruxelles Inițiativa Cetățenească Europeană „Drepturi pentru natură: Împuternicirea cetățenilor să reprezinte și să protejeze ecosistemele” va fi prezentată pe larg publicului în cadrul unei conferințe la Parlamentul European pe 2 iulie 2026, între orele 15:30 și 19:00.
Conferința va reuni organizații ale societății civile, membri ai Parlamentului European și activiști de pe întreg continentul.

Pachamama Romania face parte din susținătorii acestei inițiative care, odată adoptată, devine practic cea mai puternică formă legală de apărare a ecosistemelor periclitate.
