I want to congratulate my girl Nico .capota whom one week ago raced at Half Triathlon H3RO Mamaia.
Even we had only 2 months working together , the progress showed and I am very happy and proud with her ex*****on even at the end she had to call it out at half way on the run due to an old injury.
She got way better in swimming and so strong on the bike.💪
She just went out on the bike course and start chasing one by one...btw on a road bike.
I am really amazed of what this girl has in her legs to be explored. I think is any coach happiness to get the gem to shape it. I am imagining what she could have done on a TT bike🌪 and how much power could have drop on those peddals. I am telling you...she is lit.🔥
Really impressive mostly that she started triathlons only one year ago from zero.😮

Congratulations to my awesome swiss girl for her race last weekend at half distance Ironman 70.3 Salalah in Oman.🏅
She did it! She managed to finish her second half in 2 months since the first and I am so proud of her.
The race was very tough with hard conditions. Hot water, very hot and humid weather, some rolling roads and add up some strong blowing winds for more challenge. She overcame all of this and kept my advice to smile to the camera (make's it look easier, but I assure you is not) and to get to the finish line. 💪
The plan worked perfect. It was a journey with some hiccups and this achievement make's it even more precious.
