Our programs are offered by THE NEW PAGAN DAWN ASSOCIATION, a Romanian NGO, as professional training and are not recognized as higher education diplomas by state authorities.Our courses are developed in collaboration with professionals and experts in the field, using modern pedagogical methods that ensure high-quality training, inspired by university standards. Established under the Romanian Law, the university operates as a nonprofit organization, emphasizing academic integration and global collaboration. Over more than 6 years of activity, Horapollo University has become a key reference point for training experts in religious sciences and spiritual counseling. Its undergraduate and master’s programs include courses in theology, pastoral counseling, religious history, and ritual studies, offering students applied learning opportunities and an interdisciplinary approach.
