Conference Track — Strategica, 14th Edition
Pillar I: Economic Systems & Institutional Evolution

This track welcomes submissions connected to the conference theme, Transforming economic and organizational models, with a focus on Human Resource Development.

We invite contributions on learning, education, training, skills, leadership, engagement, commitment, and related dimensions of HRD across individuals, organizations, sectors, regions, and countries.

Chaired by Eduardo Tomé, PhD, this track encourages theoretical work, practical cases, literature reviews, action research, and interdisciplinary approaches rooted in Human Resource Development.

Extended abstract submissions (1000–2000 words) are welcome until 15 July 2026.

We are pleased to welcome Alexandrine Lapoutte, Associate Professor at Université Lumière Lyon 2 and member of CIRIEC International, as a keynote speaker at Strategica 2026.

Her work explores governance, cooperative entrepreneurship education, and the dynamics of the social and solidarity economy, with research funded by leading French institutions.

Chaired by Assist. Prof. Robert Dygas, the track welcomes research on global management models, trade governance, sanctions, sustainability debates, and the implications of regulating Central Bank Digital Currencies for cross‑border business and financial flows.
