Co-organized by PADSK (Perkumpulan Ahli Dewan Sengketa Konstruksi) and the Society of Construction Law Indonesia (SCLI), the conference brings together practitioners and specialists from construction law, contract management, and dispute resolution. The agenda continues a long-running international conversation around collaborative project delivery, FIDIC contracts, claims management, and the increasingly critical role of dispute avoidance, topics that sit at the heart of what TE&A does every day.
Mr. Di Folco will take part in the opening session on Day Two, joining a panel on how dispute avoidance can improve construction project efficiency and reduce costs. With TE&A's background in contract management, claims, adjudication, and arbitration across multiple jurisdictions, it is a topic close to home.

The opening session featured remarks from distinguished representatives, including Mr. 𝐄𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐫𝐞𝐧, President of the Turkish Contractors Association; Mr. 𝐃𝐨𝐫𝐮 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐮, Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of Romania in Ankara; Mrs. 𝐘𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧 𝐂̧𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐥, President of SCL Türkiye; and Mr. 𝐑𝐚𝐳𝐯𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐮𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐚, PhD, EMBA, President of Romania.

The event brought together professionals across the construction law and engineering sectors, providing a platform for the exchange of perspectives on contractual frameworks and dispute resolution practices in both jurisdictions.

We would like to acknowledge the leadership of Mrs. Yasemin Çetinel and Mr. Razvan Rugina, PhD, EMBAă for their role in fostering collaboration and dialogue between the two professional communities.
