Militează pentru democratizarea accesului la datele geografice şi propune harta ca instrument universal de comunicare şi înregistrare a relaţiilor dintre componentele sociale (ştiinţifice, politice, culturale, religioase, economice) şi dimensiunea lor geospaţială.
