You walk in thinking you know what a dinner looks like. Then KAIAMO happens. 9, 11, 15 or the full 20 courses if you’re going for the whole ride, the Author Tasting Menu with no shortcuts, and Bucharest slips into Petit Paris for the night. You catch us mid-move, plating right in front of you, the Chef leaning to tell you the story behind it. Stick around till last plate lands. The night’s got its own ideas anyway.

People come for food, and leave talking about literally everything else. The plates, the room, the “wait did I just eat a river stone?” moment…it’s a whole thing.
