The Voice&Action Erasmus+ Training Course aims to promote traditional and alternative forms of participation, including voting, youth activism, community volunteering, online activism or youth social movements. Improve the competences of 29 youth workers’ in promoting youth participation by exchanging efficient tools, successful stories and attractive programs.

🇪🇺 Today, a large portion of the young population think of democracy as something that is a given, something that we will always have. However, in actual fact many countries in Europe have only very recently gotten out of dictatorships and other regimes.
⚖️ We take for granted the EU and what it positively provides us with - a host of opportunities to work, make connections with a variety of people from across the Union and beyond, as well as the freedom to live and work where we want to. It is something that we don't think of as being taken away.
🍀 We are lucky to have so many opportunities within the EU, from Traineeships to European Solidarity Corps to Erasmus+ Projects, and so much more.
🗳 The EU elections are coming up, from the 6th - 9th June it is your chance to use your vote. It's in your hands to shape the future of Europe, to defend the Europe you know and love. Use your vote, or others will use it for you!

🎯 During the training course, our participants had the chance to improve their knowledge about how the EU works, discuss relevant topics for the upcoming elections and share ideas on how to improve the participation of youth into society.

✨Seventh and last day of the ERASMUS+ Voice & Action project!
☀ In the morning, we shared the videos created the day before.
💥In the afternoon, it was time for our last coffee break and for the evaluation of the project.
🏆 Later on, following with the Youthpass ceremony, we shared some bittersweet moments and while we had fun dancing and singing, we said goodbye 👋🏻☀

Sixth day of the ERASMUS+ Voice & Action project!
🎭During the day we did creative factory sessions, where 5 teams created different videos addressing some problems related to youth engagement in EU politics. The results will be interesting!
🌅 During the evening we went to Lacul Morii to watch a beautiful sunset before the project closure. Last day tomorrow!

Fifth day of the ERASMUS+ Voice & Action project!
🎭During the morning we visited the Youth Centre and talked about Erasmus +, European Solidarity Corps and Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs.
☀In the afternoon, we played the ENTER game, which enabled us to discuss about some problems which are common in our countries. Later, we talked about the Problem Tree methodology and discussed how to use it to build a raise awareness campaign.
🌏 In the evening we held the second intercultural evening and we enjoyed traditional food and dances from 🇪🇸 Spain, 🇮🇹 Italy, 🇫🇷 France and 🇩🇰 Denmark.

Fourth day of the ERASMUS+ Voice and Action project!
☀ First thing in the morning, more team-building activities. After, we held a campaign aimed at the creation and design of our own NGOs and then we did the respective presentations.
🎭After lunch, we visited the House of Europe in Romania where we learned more about the institutions in the EU and why it’s important to vote.
🌏 In the evening we enjoyed Luca, a traditional Romanian street food.

🎉 Third day of our Erasmus + Voice & Action project!
🪜 During the first activity of the day we explored the youth participation ladder during a workshop facilitated by one of our volunteers
🇪🇺 In the afternoon, we learnt about the EU and its different institutions, and we held an NGO bazaar, where we learnt about the NGOs that made this project possible!
🌍 During the evening, we had our first intercultural evening, where participants from Bulgaria 🇧🇬 , Greece 🇬🇷 , Netherlands 🇳🇱 , Portugal 🇵🇹 , Finland 🇫🇮 and Romania 🇷🇴 presented fascinating insights into their cultures, food, and traditions, enriching our collective knowledge.

The second day of the ERASMUS+ Voice & Action project!
👐 We began the day by exploring what Youth participation is, and how we can use our voice to transform it into action.
🎭 Some of our volunteers facilitated two activities during the afternoon, starting with the simulation exercise of a traditional means of participation, followed by mute theatre representations of what could happen if we don't vote and use our voices.
