Failed treated C-shaped, the sinus tract disappeared within 5 days. The post op shows quite a lot of anatomy left uncleaned.

Managed to fix it after ledging by using inappropriate tools. Case finished with hyflex and manual protapers. Irrigated with NaOCl and EDTA, obturated WVC GP and AH26+. Case by Cosmin Fetcu

Another case done almost exclusively with rotary files- only used a 10 k file for establishing the Working length. Scout race and Hyflex, irrigated with NaOCl and EDTA, filled continuous wave with GP and AH 26. Case by Cosmin Fetcu
