Thoughtfully composed and beautifully balanced, each course celebrates the essence of contemporary Italian cuisine — from the delicate brilliance of red prawn and Danube caviar, to the comforting richness of pasta, potatoes and smoked provola, ending with a refined interpretation of Pastiera.
