🐌 The escargot had a glow-up.
Same filling it always had. Now with orange zest and enough berries to make it look like it has its life together.
It doesn’t. But it tastes incredible.

Crispy shell. Custardy soul. That deep, almost-burnt caramel crust that makes you question every other pastry you’ve ever loved. We didn’t invent the canelé — Bordeaux did. We just refused to make a mediocre one. The only canelé worth it.
