Role Summary:
Work with Recruitment, Demand and Supply Teams, MW Internal client, Sales teams and COEs to provide support and solution on: recruitment do-abilities, market intelligence, sourcing strategies to implement and successfully close the teams ramp ups. Also, in charge of demand forecast and specific data. Participate in preselling architecture planning activities to ensure that Accenture can begin delivering the engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Recruitment, Sales and Supply and Demand teams by creating response materials
• Build the estimation of costs, time to fill and indicate the locations in scope for the projects by aligning with the local recruitment
• Run market intelligence to define together with Recruitment the time to fill/demand
• Apply advanced analytical skills in assessing concepts and alternatives
• Adhere to and implement recruiting strategies
• Define detailed costs and benefits of a given solution/workstream
• Manage internal client relationship within their area of responsibility
• Provide peer review to other TSC activities.

We are hiring an Incident Management with German!

• 1-3 years of experience in stakeholder management
• You are familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook

Responsibilities:
• Respond to the technical incidents reported by the business customers through a system of ticketing
• Investigate, diagnose and assign the incidents to the right engineer
• Follow the incident life cycle – logging the incident with proper priority and ensuring that the issue is resolved in timely manner
• Act as a point of contact for customer requests and coordinate internally within multiple departments
• Intervenes if customer is unhappy with the troubleshooting process
• Participate in calls with the technical account managers to discuss the incidents and align on a strategy to improve customer experience and follow on actions in calls with customers
• Create weekly, monthly, quarterly reports with the incidents opened/resolved
• If needed, you might travel for client visits on site
