Gas Station Network, Romania

Designed as part of a new generation of fuel stations, this project redefines the visual and functional language of roadside architecture.
Clean lines, sharp contrasts, and continuous light accents create a dynamic identity visible both day and night.

Every element , from the canopy structure to the illuminated signage , was designed to express motion and clarity, reflecting the essence of a brand built on energy and forward drive. A modern landmark for a company in constant movement.

Logistics Center, Ilfov, Romania

Designed for scale, precision, and flow.
This 37,191 sqm logistics hub was conceived as a perfectly calibrated system — where architecture serves efficiency. Each line, loading bay, and access route has a single purpose: to accelerate movement.

The modular structure allows flexibility for storage and distribution, while the clean geometry and controlled palette express the discipline of logistics at its highest level. It’s not a building that competes for attention, it performs. Quietly. Reliably. Every hour of every day.

Hypermarket Chain. Domestic & International
Designed for operational efficiency and spatial clarity, this multi-site retail network unifies anchor tenants, high-street units, food courts, and last-meter logistics into a single, scalable system. Each site starts from a modular kit-of-parts: repeatable bays that accommodate different lease depths, legible circulation spines, and consolidated service bands for rapid fit-out.

The façade language is restrained and precise with clean vertical rhythms and calibrated signage zones that reconcile the scale of anchors with smaller inline stores. Plan logic separates flows: direct truck access and back-of-house on the service edge; visitors on the public edge with seamless connections between parking, main entrances, and shared amenities. Loading docks align to shorten turnaround times; internal grids allow quick reconfiguration as tenant mixes evolve.

From regional towns to international hubs, every building follows function: clear wayfinding, efficient turnover between retail, storage, and distribution, and a coherent architectural identity that stays consistent across climates and contexts.

YMY Residence, Romania
Collective housing often risks becoming repetitive, with stacked floors and standardized layouts that function but rarely inspire. At YMY Residence, the design followed a different principle: belonging. The geometry opens to light and rhythm.

Façades use alternating colors and depths to create identity, while terraces extend the apartments into the city. Interiors follow the same care for balance, with calm proportions, natural light, and materials chosen for timeless comfort.

YMY Residence was imagined not as a block of units but as a framework for community. A place where circulation, orientation, and atmosphere shape everyday life as much as walls and windows. Because good collective housing is not about repetition.
It is about resonance.
