In our first press appearance in 2026, we talked about how we exceeded €10 million in turnover last year, but also how we are aiming for 8-9% growth this year. We are continuing to integrate AI into software production, but we will also be expanding the team - most likely, we will reach 200 employees. 🔝

We are ending 2025 with a record number of employees - EXE Software has reached 170 people, after recruiting 42 people throughout the year. The expansion of our team comes as the IT industry has continued to grow globally, driven by developments in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, and digital infrastructure.

New hires have focused primarily on specialized technical roles such as Web Development, BI Development, and Cloud Engineering - also, we have open positions for .NET Web Development, Power BI Developer, Cloud Engineers, and Business Analyst.

The first half of the year was all about reassessing and adapting. Changes to taxes at the end of 2024 squeezed profit margins for many local businesses, so they got creative - optimizing every process and refining workflows to stay competitive.

Yet, one thing remained crystal clear: Artificial Intelligence continued to play a key role in our software development strategy. At EXE Software, we doubled down on integrating AI to boost productivity and reduce administrative overhead. It’s all about smarter use of resources - automating internal and infrastructure workflows wherever possible.
