 We provide a team which supports the expats who decide to open a Romanian company in accordance with the Romanian legislation. In adition we provide you a series of specific services for accountancy as follows:

A. Our services include comprehensive maintenance of accounting records including management reports and statutory financial statements:
 Bookkeeping

B. In addition to the accounting and fiscal services above mentioned we also provide with payroll and human resources management consisting of :
 Elaboration, on employment, and subsequent management of employees ‘personnel files based on documents made available by the Beneficiary.
 Elaboration of individual employment contracts, on employment, and of addendums thereto, based on documents made available by the Beneficiary.
 Elaboration of minutes of personnel information on employment and on addendums to individual
employment contracts.
 Elaboration of job descriptions on employment, of annexes to individual employment contracts.

 Elaboration of standard documents in case of suspension / termination of individual employment contracts based on documents / written information made available by the Beneficiary.
 Elaboration of payrolls based on documents made available by the Beneficiary.
 Elaboration of all payment orders required for payment of employer / employee contributions.
 Elaboration of all payment orders required for the payment of salaries, in case payment in made by
banking cards.
 Elaboration, signing and submission, in due time, of D112 statement concerning payment liabilities to social security fund, income tax and nominal records of insured persons.
