We approached this career path with firm belief in the unique enormous potential of each human being and on the natural drive and impulse to grow and evolve which govern child development and constitute one of the core ideas of the Montessori thinking. This vision sets a very high standard which is often difficult to maintain during our day-to-day activity in the classroom or in our schools. With
this mindset we engage in designing, organizing and delivering our trainings programs so that superficiality is overruled and our students open themselves to a courageous, visionary, ambitious version of themselves and of their future work with children. We are committed to always keep the ”Follow the Child” principle as the cornerstone of our philosophy and activity, so that it protects us and our students from the risk of relying solely on the method and becoming inflexible and sterile in applying it. Our programs will always be centered on helping teachers acquire skills which enable them to meet the real needs of the child and adapt to different situations and different individuals. Our efforts must align in the direction of answering the needs and nurturing the potential of every single child. Our daily endeavors and choices should be constantly backed up by the theoretical thinking of Maria Montessori which covers all the complexity of child development. But since theory and practice are interlaced in every aspect, while having a detailed pedagogical project can be a very helpful instrument for teachers it must always be accompanied by our own reflection on the child and on the reasons and appropriateness of our daily choices. The careful kindling of the curiosity flame, the unfolding of positive energies and the natural joy of doing should be evident in all our students future classrooms. We hold ourselves responsible for applying the highest ethical standards and show respect and care for the dignity and freedom of every human being. We are totally engaged into our own professional and personal growth and plan on constantly improving our methods and abilities and keep updated with all new information and innovative solutions fostered by the international research and training institutions and organizations. We are aware that often teachers and educators need direct, real support during their first years of classroom practice and thus our training programs include a long period of supervised practicum and the possibility to get counselling from trainers and educators with experience whenever challenges and difficult situations arise. We believe that small expert ”secrets” and tips, insightful perspectives of experienced Montessori teachers constitute a valuable source for improving our work and therefore our consultants and trainers offer their assistance to schools and teachers even after the completion of our training programs. We approach our activity with joy and passion as we do not forget the starting point of every meaningful career path in education: the love of children and the desire to see how the human potential can be maximized.
