Doc House | The Second Floor
The final chapter of Doc House is the second floor β
and judging by the messages I received, many of you would happily move in and live only up here π
The second floor truly stole the show.
This level is about privacy, ritual, and everyday luxury,
designed with the same clarity and coherence β from architecture to interior β as the rest of the house.
Along with the main bedroom posted previously, here youβll find:
β«οΈ A generous walk-in closet with his & hers islands ππ β equal space, equal comfort
β«οΈ A private sauna π₯ β integrated into daily life, not treated as an extra
β«οΈ A bathtub designed for pause and reset π
β«οΈ The main bathroom, fully resolved:
β his & hers showers πΏπΏ
β his & hers toilet rooms β privacy without compromise
Everything is carefully zoned, proportioned, and technically aligned β
so luxury feels effortless, never excessive.
This is how Doc House ends:
not with a loud statement, but with spaces that quietly work β every single day.

Doc House | Main bedroom
This main bedroom was about balance β not saying no to requests, but merging them into one coherent space.
β«οΈ Custom lighting design β¨ β layered, calm, and fully integrated into the architecture
β«οΈ Laminam β Patagonia, repeated from the living room to keep material continuity throughout the house
β«οΈ A double queen-size bed ποΈποΈ β a special client request, carefully proportioned so it feels intentional, not oversized
β«οΈ A treadmill + home office πββοΈπ» β integrated without turning the bedroom into a gym or a workspace
β«οΈ A concealed beam integrated into a curved plaster wall β structure absorbed into design, keeping the geometry clean and uninterrupted
The challenge wasnβt fitting everything in.
It was making sure the room still feels like a bedroom.
And it does β because:
β’ zoning is clear
β’ lighting sets the hierarchy
β’ materials tie the space back to the rest of the house
β’ architecture and interior were designed together, not layered afterward
